Analytics
We count page views with our own simple analytics, which runs on our hosting provider (Cloudflare). It doesn’t use cookies or similar tracking on your device, and it doesn’t follow you to other websites. For each page view we record the page, the referring website or search engine, your country (derived from your IP address by the host), and your device and browser type. If you use the search box, we also count the words you searched for, so that we can see what visitors are looking for; anything that looks like an email address or phone number is discarded. All of this is stored only as daily totals and isn’t linked to you.
To count unique visitors per day, we combine your IP address and browser identifier with a random value that changes every day and turn them into a one-way code. We never store your IP address, and the daily random value is deleted, so the code can’t be traced back to you or linked across days. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding which pages are useful (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
You can opt out at any time with . Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so that we can respect it; it isn’t sent to us.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web server, it may briefly process technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect against abuse. SeeCloudflare’s privacy policy for how it handles this data.
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply and to act on your request, for example to correct a listing. We don’t add you to mailing lists and we delete correspondence when it’s no longer needed.
Links to other websites
We link to clinic websites and map services. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave this site.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, and you can complain to the Czech data protection authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection(Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů). Contact us at hello@praguedentalclinics.com.
